Slot rates start as low as $360 per month depending on slot location and payment method.
BayPoint's standard rates cover slot fees, water, wi-fi, sewer and garbage. You will set up an account with Alabama Power for your electrical service.
Fees can be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. You can take advantage of discounts by paying quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
